PUT /profile/{profile_id}

Updates a profile. Changes propagate to all linked videos.

Important: full-object replacement

When updating a nested section (colors, vsl, saveProgress, general), the entire object is replaced. Always:

1. Read the current profile with Get profile details
2. Modify the section you need
3. Send the complete modified section back

Request body

All fields are optional. Only send what you want to change.

⚠️ pandaBranding and refCode no longer affect playback.
Since September 2026, these fields are read only from your account's global player settings. Values sent in the vsl object are stripped by the API. To hide the Panda logo, change it in your account's player settings.

Cross-field validation

If saveProgress.initQuality is set, it must be one of the availableQualities. Otherwise the API returns 400.
